What’s included with your new Navien Tankless Water Heater Installation

1. Amy will call you the night before and give you a 2 hour installation window. Our installers will call you ½ hour before when they are on the way.
2. Complete pre-installation survey to determine if any additional work is required to meet local codes or address safety issues.
3. Draining and removal of the old tank, we must have a working floor drain within 24 feet of the tank to do this.
4. Coring foundation for side vent installation.
5. Extending gas lines up to 25’ to outside wall.
6. Install new copper pipe from original water heater location, up to 25’.
7. Install stainless steel venting to outside and install outdoor vent cap.
8. Install remote sensor to control water temperature.
9. Secure tankless unit to outside wall.
10. Add and install pressure relief valve and expansion tank according to local codes.
11. Wire system to local codes.
12. Leak check all water connections.
13. Leak check all new gas connections.
14. Sweep clean the work area and haul away all debris including the old tank.

A normal installation will require a full day to complete.
