The Concord is our base model central air conditioner. It's energy effiency rating is 13 SEER, which stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio. This system utilizes R-22 refrigerant, also known as Freon, the industry standard for the last 50 years.
The Concord central air conditioner has louvered panels to protect the copper coils. It has a durable Copland compressor with a 5-year warranty on the parts and a 1-year warranty on the labor to replace it, should it fail. The rest of the cooling system comes with a 5-year parts and 1 year labor warranty. Over all, this air cooling system is very dependable, affordable and will provide you with years of economical home cooling comfort.
